Initial estimate ranges from $42,000 [RuStick **] to $53,000 with 8x8 or 6x12 logs ***
** RuStick "log" homes are built with 2x4s or 2x6s with log siding outside and inside.
This includes our standard wood windows and doors plus those for a walk out basement.
Not included: Shipping and applicable sales tax.
Save $3,000 or more depending on when the deposit is received [before 12/31/10] and delivery of the material package is taken. The material package must be $50,000 or more for discounts to apply.
