Delivery MUST be taken by February 28, 2012
• 13% off logs or timbers only
Delivery MUST be taken by April 30, 2012
• 10% off logs or timbers only
Delivery MUST be taken by June 30, 2012
• 8% off logs or timbers only
Delivery MUST be taken by August 31, 2012
2) Signed $1,000 Purchase Agreement by 12-31-11 will hold September 2011 pricing structure if delivered by December 31, 2012. This alone saves $1,500 over the normal $2,500 deposit fee. Yes, this deposit counts toward your total material package price.
3) Promotion is for NEW sales only with revised September 2011 pricing structure.
4) Material Package must be $40,000 retail or higher, excluding freight, labor and applicable taxes to qualify.
5) Must have Sales Agreement, cutting money [=50%], Home Purchase Order and Plan Approval 30 days prior to each delivery deadline listed above.
6) RuStick and Big Sky Series material packages do NOT qualify.
