We are rebuilding a one story 12’ x 15’ cabin with a porch.

• 8” x 8” D Eastern White Pine kiln dried logs

• Heavy Timber Douglas Fir roof beams (exposed beams)

• SIPs with T&G – EPS – OSB all-in-one ceiling system

Self-builders and builders are invited to come with your work clothes, gloves, and tools to help out . . . learn how to build a log home.

** Our Workshops usually take place the 2nd Saturday of the month. May is on a different schedule due to the May 1st Log Raising.

Directions: At Smith Mountain Lake between Roanoke, Rocky Mount, Lynchburg, and Danville, Virginia. Showroom at the Lake off Scruggs Road, Route 616 to 441 Lakewood Forest Road. Look for our signs.
