We've probably all seen competitors that offer free garages, half off roof systems, free window upgrades, and so forth. Did you realize that many of those competitors require a substantial deposit up-front to qualify for those incentives? Often, an estimated 10% down or more is required. A delivery date is then set and you MUST take delivery, or you forfeit your entire deposit. Ouch! That's not how we want to offset the cost of a promotion.

$500 Purchase Agreement: Will lock-in the pricing structure through a delivery of June 30th, 2014.

$2,500 Purchase Agreement: Will lock-in the pricing structure through a delivery of February 27, 2015.

Note from Jack: The Delivery Date of your material package is usually within 45 days after your floor plans have been OKed by you.
Either Purchase Agreement level is refunded back toward the cost of the package on delivery. So, you cannot loose as long as you construct a home, and the risk very small. If you discover that you cannot build immediately, your deposit will remain in effect until you are ready to begin.
This Savings Promotion will be advertised widely to allow you to know there is an opportunity to freeze pricing into 2015, while that freight discount is available for those looking to get started soon.
