Initial estimate ranges from $105,000 with 8x8 Douglas fir posts and beam plus 4x8 SIPs with OSB on the outside of the SIPs and sheetrock on the inside of the SIPs. ***

Huddleston is near Smith Mountain Lake State Park on Rt 626 in Bedford County. Huddleston and Moneta are two of 15 or so communities around the Lake. Some of these communities are not much more than a post office and a convenience store. Moneta is a Lake community in both Bedford and Franklin Counties where Hales Ford Bridge crosses Smith Mountain Lake.

SML Business Expo on Friday April 30 at Downtown Moneta.

Absolutely fabulous weather all day. Could not ask for anything better.

We had a number of shoppers drop by to visit our booth. Chief topics of conversation were our Sportsman recreational cabins, bug insecticides and repellants, timber frame, hybrid homes and A frame log homes.
