(2) Free delivery within 250 miles or one-half [50%] off delivery beyond 250 miles.
Expires: February 28, 2011. Mileage is calculated by the driving distance of the truck.
(3) Jack must have your signed $1,000 Purchase Agreement by December 31, 2010. This will hold 2010 pricing structure if delivered by February 1, 2012.
(4) Jack must have Sales Agreement, cutting money and plan approval 30 days prior to each delivery deadline listed above.
(5) Your Material Package price must be $50,000 retail or above, excluding freight, labor or taxes to qualify.
