Honest Abe Log Homes offers two styles of residential homes - log homes and timber frame homes. Both styles meet all residential building codes.

Send me your mailing address and I will mail a copy of the floor plan for this modified version. It has 1300 sf on the main floor and 700sf in the loft plus a 1300 sf walk out basement. The material package prices below include a roughed in but not "finished" basement.

Initial Estimate shows that clients are known to make changes in the floor plan drawings "after" the fist estimate is provided. The final material package price is established when the final set of floor plan drawings are OKed by the future owner. The same "estimate" situation exists with shell [i.e., dry in] and turnkey price estimates.
The pricing above does not include applicable sales tax or shipping. Material Package Discounts apply when we receive your signed $1,000 deposit and form by 12/31/10. Delivery must be taken by August 2011. Larger discounts apply when the material package is delivered by the end of February 2011.
