It is very likely that we will have a price change going in effect July 1, 2014. IF you are planning to start your “dream” log home or timber frame home any time in 2014.
IF THAT price change does happens, your $2,500 deposit now will lock in the current pricing program through the end of 2014.
50% deposit ... puts you at the top of the list for plans and delivery.
